GROWTH STARTS WITH YOU.

Any journey starts with the individual.

OUR MISSION:

Empowering our community with the tools to attain the ultimate physical, mental and spiritual health.

Wearing the MoveWT logo is a badge of honor. To move weight means more than just the physical gesture of moving an object. We are constantly moving weight whether it’s actual or figuratively. As long as we are moving, we are present.

This athletic line reminds us that no matter how heavy the weight is, there is always a way to move it!

Coach Paula Leon

Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor

The importance of staying physically fit has always played a role in my life. As a child, I was always involved in sports which required a certain level of fitness in order to keep up with the rest of the pack! I believe fitness evolves over time which brings me to this point in my life, where I now view fitness/health in three parts; physical, mental, and spiritual. My journey took many twists and turns and it continues to. As a coach, I am grateful for every opportunity where I am able to be of service to clients. To witness and be a part of your journey is a blessing and I look forward to playing the role of a coach on your path to ultimate physical, mental and spiritual health!
